On July 28th, a dog was found tied to the porch of a stranger's home. No one expects to wake up to finding a dog tied to their porch, but what was more shocking was the physical condition the dog was in. Along her spine from her neck to her back end was a strip of raw, exposed and infected tissue. In all of that discomfort and pain, her tail never stopped wagging. Thankfully, the homeowner brought her to WARL. After the initial shock wore off, the staff noticed something else: The dog was also blind. Percilla is a super sweet, affectionate, intelligent girl. She loves to go for walks, loves to explore, and has a gentle personality. Percilla is so attentive, you may not realize at first that she is blind. Percilla's sweet way that she greets everyone wins hearts wherever she goes. Come to the shelter today to meet this wonderful girl!
