What’s the average cost of a sunroom?
With a lower cost of construction than traditional additions, sunrooms are an affordable way to add square footage, provide an excellent return on investment and provide a living experience that can only be enjoyed with a glass enclosed room. Prices depend on features, foundation requirements, heating and cooling needs, electrical costs and flooring options. There really is no “ballpark” price for these types of additions. Your in-home design consultant will be able to give you and exact price.

YES, we can install on your existing foundation if it meets local building code requirements for sunroom installation. Some additional work may be required to build on existing decks. We can also build a new foundation or deck if needed, and secure all necessary permits.
